If you use, or attempt to use the SoftPay.org for purposes other than sending and receiving payments and managing your account, including but not limited to tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of SoftPay.org, your account will be terminated and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available. All fraudsters will be handed over to the EFCC.
PASSWORDS:
SoftPay.org will never ask for your password. Never give your password to anyone. SoftPay.org will not be responsible for losses incurred by users as the result of their misuse of passwords.
INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to indemnify and hold SoftPay, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless and free from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
